What to do after Graduating???

Especially for those graduating High School, I personally know how daunting it could be to consider all the career options ahead of you, and commit to it. Typically, we find that most graduates feel like they have 2 – 3 options: Go to college and get a degree, Start working (without further education or certification), Or go to a technical school to learn a trade or craft that will stay with you. It’s a seriously hard decision, as it will affect the rest of your journey through life.

What do I love doing??

Most of us HAVE to work so we can support our life financially, like having a roof over our heads, or perhaps you like to eat food and drink. However, out of the adults out there with a job or career, there is only a small percentage of people in the workforce that actually love what they do for a living. When you ask a successful hairdresser or esthetician, I bet you that 9 out of 10 times they LOVE what they do and their clients. Servicing people so they look and feel better, while having fun together, is quite a combination for fulfilling satisfaction. If you are a people person, artistic, colorful, unique, coordinated, fashionable, or just curious, come by and we would love to show you what could be your future!

p.s. I know someone that went to Cosmetology School, then worked behind the chair to support her college education, but ultimately decided to stay in the Beauty Industry and has owned a salon for 40 years and also a school. Everything is on the table as far as options!
